苦碟子注射液集中监测112例用药分析

Centralized Monitoring of Kudiezi Injection in 112 Cases

目的对苦碟子注射液的安全性进行临床研究和评价。方法选择医院2014年6月至2015年1月使用苦碟子注射液的患者112例为研究对象,分析苦碟子注射液的应用情况和不良反应发生情况。结果苦碟子注射液在功能主治、溶剂选择、用药疗程和用量等方面均存在一定的不规范现象,未发现与苦碟子注射液明显相关的不良反应。结论为确保临床苦碟子注射液的安全使用,临床药师应为临床提供有效干预和药学服务。

Objective To conduct the research and evaluation on the security of Kudiezi Injection. Methods Totally 112 patients who used Kudiezi Injection from June 2014 to January 2015 were taken as the research subjects. The application situation and adverse reactions occurrence of Kudiezi Injection were summarized and analyzed. Results The non-standard usage of kudiezi Injection existed in the aspects of the major function,solvent selection,medication course and dosage. No adverse reactions that were obviously related to Kudiezi Injection were found. Conclusion Clinical pharmacists should provide effective intervention and pharmacy services for clinic to ensure the safe use of Kudiezi Injection.
