几种抗癌中草药不同器官的富硒能力研究

Study on Selenium-riched Ability in Different Organ of Several Anti-cancer Chinese Herbs

以蛇莓、金银花、野菊花和蒲公英为研究对象,采用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定几种抗癌中草药不同器官中的硒含量。通过对比分析金银花、野菊花和蒲公英不同器官的硒富集系数来探讨其富硒能力。结果表明:金银花、野菊花和蒲公英的叶片相对其它器官具有较高的硒富集能力;蛇莓的根部相对其它器官具有相对较高的硒富集能力。金银花、野菊花和蒲公英适合叶面喷硒,而蛇莓适合根部施硒。

Taking several anti- cancer Chinese herbs as the research object （Ducheshea indica （Andr.） Focke, Dendranthema i^wlicum, Lonicera japonica Thunb. and Taraxacum rnongolicum Hand. Mazz. ）, by analyzing and comparing the concentrating coefficients of selenium in different organs of several anti-cancer Chinese herbs,to explore their selenium-enriched capability. The results showed that leaves of Lonicera japonica Thunb. , Dendranthema indicum and Taraxacum mongolicum Hand. Mazz. , and roots of Duchesnea indica （Andr.） Focke had relatively higher selenium- enriched capability. And analysis suggests that Lonicera japonica Thunb. , Dendranthema indicum and Taraxacum rnongolicum Hand. Mazz. were suitable for foliar spraying selenium, but Duchesnea indica （Andr.） was suitable for fertilizer selenium in its root.
