护士职业获益感对其工作投入的影响研究 被引量:59

摘要 目的了解护士职业获益感与工作投入现状,探讨护士职业获益感对其工作投入的影响。方法运用护士职业获益感量表和中文版Utrecht工作投入量表对255名临床护士进行调查。结果护士职业获益感与护士的工作投入得分略高于中等水平,职业获益感与其工作投入呈正相关(P<0.01);职业获益感3个维度中,职业保障、职业实惠是影响活力与专注的主要因素,职业价值对工作投入的3个方面都有影响(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论护士职业获益感对工作投入有较好的正性预测作用,提高护士职业获益感有利于增进其工作投入水平。医院管理者应高度重视职业获益感对护士的正性激励作用,采取有效措施,提升护士职业获益感水平,促使其以积极的态度与情感及较高的工作投入度,为患者提供满意服务。 Objective To investigate the current situation of nurses'perceived career benefit and work engagement,and to analyze the influence of per- ceived career benefit on work engagement. Methods Totally,255 nurses were investigated using the nurses'perceived career benefit questionnaire and Utrecht Work Engagement Scale. Results Nurses'perceived career benefit and work engagement were in moderate level, the work engagement and perceived career bene- fit had significant positive correlation ( P 〈 0.01 ). Career security and advantage were the main influencing factors of energy and focus dimensions in work en- gagement, and professional value impacted on all three dimensions of work engagement ( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The perceived professional benefit h&s a good positive prediction function on work engagement,improving the nurses" perceived career benefit may improve their level of work engagement. Hospital managers should attach great importance to take effective measures to enhance the level of nurses'pereeived career benefit and prompt them provide satisfactory service for patients with positive attitude and emotion, and a high degree of work engagement.
