摘要
目的调查护理本科生职业决策自我效能状况。方法应用护理本科生职业决策自我效能感量表,对287名大学1年级至大学3年级护理专业本科生进行调查。结果护理本科生职业决策自我效能感得分为(77.65±11.55),低于常模(P<0.01);大学1年级护理本科生优于大学2年级和大学3年级护理本科生(P<0.01);兼职经历、参加过社团和父母亲文化程度对护理本科生的职业自我效能感有影响(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论学校、家庭和社会各界应当帮助护理本科生建立良好的支持系统,提高其职业决策自我效能,帮助其更好地做出职业决定。
Objective To investigate the status of career decision - making self - efficacy of nursing undergraduates. Methods Totally,278 nursing un- dergraduates were recruited and investigated using nursing undergraduate career decision - making self - efficacy scale. Results The total score of career deci- sion - making self - efficacy of nursing undergraduates was (77.65 ± 11.55 ), which was lower than the norm (P 〈 0.01 ). Freshmen g self - efficacy was higher than those of students in Grade 2 and Grade 3 ( P 〈 0.01 ). Part - time experience, participating in associations and educational backgrounds of parents were the influencing factors ( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Schools, families and the society should help nursing undergraduates to establish a good support system in order to improve their career decision -making self- efficacy,and help them make better career decisions.
