品管圈在眼科精密器械清洗质量改进中的运用

The application of quality control circle in improvement of ophthalmology precision instrument cleaning quality

目的探讨品管圈在20 G、23 G眼科精密器械清洗质量中的应用效果。方法成立品管圈组织,确立20 G、23 G眼科精密器械清洗质量改进主题,对器械清洗质量存在的缺陷进行原因分析,制订改进措施并实施。结果 20 G、23 G眼科精密器械的清洗消毒合格率和器械完好率均提高(P<0.01)。结论品管圈活动开展后,20 G、23 G眼科精密器械清洗流程规范,质量得到持续改进,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effects of the quality control circle （ QCC ） in the 20G ,23 G ophthalmology precision instruments cleaning quality. Methods The measures included setting up a QCC group,identifying the topic about quality improvement of the 20G,23G ophthalmology precision in- struments cleaning , analyzing the cleaning defects and making the corrective actions. Results The qualified rate of washing - disinfection and intact rate of in- struments in the 20G^23G ophthalmology precision instruments increased significantly（P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion After using the method of QCC ,the process of the 20G,23G ophthalmology precision instruments cleaning can be standardized and the quality is improved continuously,the method is worth promoting.
