阶梯式就诊模式在子宫肌瘤专病门诊中的应用

The application of step-wised consulting model in the specialized outpatient department for patients with uterine myomas

目的探讨阶梯式就诊模式在子宫肌瘤专病门诊的应用效果。方法将子宫肌瘤专病门诊629例患者按就诊日期单双日分为对照组306例和试验组323例。对照组采用传统就诊模式,试验组采用阶梯式就诊模式,按候诊期集中健康教育-疾病初诊-疾病详细诊断-人病同治-院后续诊5阶梯进行。结果试验组患者就诊意愿、满意度和依从性均高于对照组,失访率低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论阶梯式就诊模式改善了患者就医体验,在子宫肌瘤专病门诊中具有可行性和有效性。

Objective To evaluate the effect of step -wised consulting model in the specialized outpatient department for patients with uterine myomas. Methods Totally 629 patients with uterine myomas were divided into the experimental group （ n = 323 ） and the control group （ n = 306） according to their con- suiting date. Step - wised and traditional visiting model were provided for the experimental group and the control group, respectively. Results The percentage of women in the experimental group who were willing to return and recommend this department to their relatives and friends was higher than in the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. More women were satisfied in the experimental group than in the control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. More women were comply with the recuperate regimen in the experimental group than in the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Fewer women lost to follow up in the experimental group than in the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Step -wised consulting model has been proved to be feasible and effective in the specialized outpatient department.
