二氧化碳压缩机排气消音器激光焊接技术研究

摘要 激光焊接是一种高密度聚能量焊接,针对活塞往复式二氧化碳压缩机排气消音器部件的耐高压、无焊后处理的要求,提出了使用激光焊接的工艺,从而得到外形美观、熔深稳定、强度足够、工艺性好的焊接方法。 Laser wielding is a kind of highly energy concentration welding. Based on the study to the reciprocating CO2 compressor discharge muffler welding quality,a reliable,stable,and productive laser welding technique is proposed ,which can make compressor to undertake higher working pressure.
