摘要
介绍了使用"广义电极丝模型"求取大锥度线切割加工工件上下表面电极丝中心轨迹的方法。结合仿真实例研究了轨迹的特点,仿真结果表明:轨迹为非规则曲线,为了提高编程精度,必须对轨迹进行线性化。在此基础上,提出了用二次高分辨率采样方法线性化电极丝中心轨迹,给出了方法的实现流程,并通过仿真验证了该方法的正确性。
The method to calculate the trajectories of the electrode wire on upper and lower surfaces of the large-taper workpiece on WEDM by using the generalized electrode wire model was introduced. The characteristics of the trajectories through several simulation examples was studied ,the simulation results show that the trajectories are irregular curve ,and trajectory linearization is necessary to improve the precision of trajectory programming. On this basis ,a double high resolution sampling method to realize the linear approximation of corresponding trajectories was proposed ,and the process of the method was illustrated. The correctness of the method by simulations experiments was verified.
