摘要
为实现某型装备测试信号的自动记录,在分析被测信号特性的基础上,基于单片机设计了一套信号自动记录系统。给出了以C8051F020单片机为核心的硬件组成框图,分析了部分外围电路的设计原理;阐述了系统软件功能模块结构和部分功能模块信号流程图。实际应用表明:该系统实现了测试信号的自动记录,能够满足该型装备的维护需求,提高了装备维护效率,降低了装备维护成本,具有一定的使用价值和推广价值。
In order to implement automatically record of tested signal, a type of automatically signal recording system based on MCU is designed. And the characteristic of tested signal is analyzed. The system hardware structure is built by C8051F020 as the core. The principle of part of the peripheral circuits is explained. This paper also provided the functional block diagram and signal flow diagram of the software. Experiments proved that this system could automatically record tested signal. Further, it can meet the needs of equipment maintenance and improve efficiency, accordingly reduce costs of the equipment maintenance process.
