摘要
应用于宇航领域的新型元器件必须经过严格的性能功能的验证,传统的验证平台是针对特定的待验证器件设计的,不同的器件需要设计不同的验证平台,使得验证工作周期长、成本高、可移植性差。本文介绍基于FPGA控制器设计出的新型元器件通用验证方法,硬件由通用验证平台和功能应用子板两部分组成。软件包含有上位机调试工具、命令解析模块、通信模块、数据智能处理模块等。解决了新型元器件验证周期长、成本高、难以实时控制和智能数据分析等缺点。用此方法已成功对芯片JS71238进行了性能功能的验证,取得了理想的验证效果。
The new electronic components applied to astronautic field must take a strict verification of the performance function. Since the traditional verification platform is designed for the specific device to be verified, and different devices need different verification platforms, it makes the validation work with long cycle, high cost and poor portability. This general verification method of new electronic components is designed on the base of FPGA controller. The hardware is made up of general verification platform and function application sheet, and the software contains upper computer debugger, command parsing module, communication module, and intelligent data processing module, etc. It solves the verification disadvantage of long cycle, high cost, difficulty of real-time control and intelligent data analysis of the new electronic components. Besides, the verification of chip JS71238 performance function has been successfully carried out with this method, which achieves an ideal validation result.
