本文介绍了一种声表面波温度传感器的测量原理,以及在温度监测上测量精度的验证和在Excel中设置仿真环境平台,调整参数提高测量精度的改进方法。
This paper introduce a kind of surface acoustic wave temperature sensor, including the measurement principle, the application in on-line temperature, theprecision deviation and how to set up the simulation platform in Excel to make the improvement.
