摘要
在电力调度自动化主站系统中,语音报警是用播放警铃或播读事项的方式,向值班员提示电网发生故障的一种方法,是系统必备的一项基本功能。本文介绍了一种基于TTS技术的分布式语音报警系统,阐述了其设计和实现方法,并将其应用于多个现场的语音报警工作中。结果表明,与传统的语音报警系统比较,分布式语音告警系统有很强的实用性和推广价值。在总结现场应用经验的基础上,本文还对分布式语音告警系统的不足提出了改进建议。
In electric power dispatching automation master station system, voice alarm is one of the basic essential functions of the system. It can notifiy dispathers of accidents in the power grid through playing alarm bells or reading fault events. This paper introduces a distributed voice alarm system based on TTS, describes the design and implementation method.The distributed voice alarm system has been used in multiple power supply bureau. The effect of application shows that, compared with the traditional voice alarm systems, it has better practicability and may be worth popularization. Finally, the paper puts forward some improvement suggestions for the distributed system.
