摘要
应用差别成对比较检验法对火腿肠进行了感官评价,结果表明:2种火腿肠之间有显著性差异,在喜好程度上,无显著性差异,该方法能评价出火腿肠之间的差异。
Sensory evaluation of ham sausage was studied by difference paired comparison test meth- od. The results showed that there had significant difference between the two sausages. On degree of prefer- ence, the two sausages had no significant difference. This method could analyze the difference Of sausages.
