摘要
由于强调善良意志、责任及准则的价值,学界普遍认为康德是一个绝对的义务论者。但从人的行为完整性与人的完善性来看,康德均无法抗拒对后果主义思维方式的诉求。其后果论特征则主要体现在康德对于四种责任及可普遍化原则的论证之中。
Kant is universally considered as an absolute deontologist because of the emphasis of good will, duty and the value of principle. The consequential thinking mode is irresistible to Kant, not only from the completeness of human behavior but also from the perfectness of human. And the consequential features are mainly embodied in the argumentation of the four kinds of duties and principle of universalizability.
