我国社会组织公信力的困境与重塑——基于社会学的视角 被引量:1

摘要 随着社会管理创新目标的深入推进,社会组织逐渐成为推动政府职能转变、健全社会服务体系的重要力量,也势必迎来社会组织发展的新契机。社会组织公信力与社会组织的独立性、多样性、公益性、规范性和公民意识密切相关。我国社会组织公信力缺乏是由社会组织自身发展不规范及与政府关系错位等原因导致的。要想提升社会组织公信力,应借鉴理性选择理论和公共治理理论,从加强社会组织自身实力和多方共同治理两个环节入手。 With the advancing of innovative social management, social organization has gradually become the vital force to shift functions of government and strengthened social service system, which certainly means an opportunity for the development of social organization. The credibility of social organization is closely related to the factors such as organizations' independence, diversity, non-profit, normativity and civil awareness. Currently, the lack of credibility of social organizations results from unnormal development of social organization and its mismatch with governments. To promote the credibility of social organization, we could use rational choice theory and public governance theory for reference to start with reinforcing the strength of social organization itself and co-governance involving various sectors.
