Study on the Phenomenon of Wenzhou Calligraphy

温州书法历史悠久,人才辈出,传承有序,抱团发展。其书风清正古雅,碑帖互参,注重学养。温州市书法家协会成立30年来,贯彻"挖、抬、推、拉"四字工作方针,推动师徒授受与学院派教学齐头并进,延续公益之风,着力打造互动交流平台,常怀危机意识,稳扎稳打,推陈出新,构筑温州书法的未来发展之路。

Wenzhou calligraphy has a long history with successive talents. It inherits the old and develops the new. Its clear and elegant style, focusing on culture and literacy, is derived from stone tablets and handwriting models. Wenzhou Calligraphers Association has been established for 30 years. It implements the policy of ＂Wa, Tai, Tui and La＂, promoting apprenticeships and academism, and the school education to build a charitable and communicative platform. With a sense of crisis, it develops steadily, makes innovation, and explores the way for future development of Wenzhou calligraphy.
