"五水共治",保护生态环境,温州进行了积极探索,使温州水环境得到明显改善,为温州经济发展创造了良好的生态基础。温州"五水共治"生态环境建设的实践可给予其他城市带来一些启示:做好顶层设计,切实转变经济发展方式,实现全民参与生态环境保护,同时善于借鉴他国环境保护经验。

＂Five Rivers Control＂ protects the environment. Wenzhou has made positive explorations to improve its water environment and has created a good ecological basis for its economic development. It has taken actions in making the top-level plan, effectively changing the economic mode, realizing its citizens＇ full participation in environment protection and learning from other countries＇ experience in environment protection. Wenzhou＇s practice will bring some inspirations to other cities.
