摘要
国家把握总方向,社会提供源泉,学校提供运行动力,高职困难学生群体在国家、社会和学校三者合力下成长成才。国家、社会、学校及困难学生群体组成高职学生资助系统的关联方。为实现高职学生资助工作机制的最优化,以资助管理模块的管理方式、硬性模块的经济资助方式、软性模块的育人方式及社会有用人才的反馈机制,将国家、社会、学校及困难学生群体四方链接成科学、规范、有效的学生资助系统拓扑结构。
With the guidance of the country, the supply of the society and the execution of school, vocational college students from poor families can become talents with the help of the country, the society and the school. The country, society, schools and students from poor families constitute the funding system of vocational college students. To optimize the funding system of vocational college students, actions can be taken to link the country, society, schools and students from poor families to establish a scientific, standard and effective topology structure of students' funding system. It combines the supporting management mode, the hard mode of funding support, the soft mode of educating people and the feedback mechanism of talents in the society.
