摘要
英语教师招聘事关高职院校英语师资队伍建设。高职院校英语教师招聘应兼顾高职英语教学特点,对应聘人员进行全面综合的考核。在具体操作过程中,对具有特殊优势的应聘人员应适当放宽其他方面的要求。
English teacher recruitment concerns the development of English teachers of vocational colleges. The feature of English teaching in vocational colleges should be taken into account to make a comprehensive assessment of the candidates. In the real practice, other requirements can be appropriately reduced for those candidates with special advantages.
