协调推进新型工业化与生态文明建设的思考

Reflects on the Coordinated Advancement of New Industrialization and Ecological Civilization Construction

新型工业化和生态文明建设是转变经济发展方式、实现现代化的必然要求,二者有共同的价值目标和理论基础,应当融合共建,协调推进。在对四川革命老区新型工业化与生态文明建设现状进行分析的基础上,从加大生态文明宣传教育力度、加大工业化系统的生态化改造力度和优化开发利用生态资源三个方面提出推进四川革命老区新型工业化与生态文明建设协调发展的路径。

New ind ustrialization and ecological civilization construction is the necessary require-ment of changing the economic development mode and the realization of modernization, they share common value goal and theoretical basis. The article analyzed the present situation of new industrialization development and the ecological civilization construction in the old revolutionary area of Sichuan, then proposed the countermeasures to promote coordinated the new industrializa-tion and ecological civilization construction in old liberated area of Sichuan, including strengthe-ning propaganda and education of ecological civilization, strengthening ecological transformation of industry system and optimal development and utilization of ecological resources.
