摘要
通过调查,初步摸清了十堰市汽车涂装行业的规模、产生VOCs的原辅材料消耗情况及污染治理情况,在此基础上,冬季、春季采样监测十堰市VOCs的环境背景值及污染现状。结果表明,VOCs在十堰各点位均有检出,但不同季节VOCs的浓度不同,总VOCs平均浓度1月份为2 113.29μg/m3,5月份为1 816.70μg/m3。各采样点VOCs质量浓度排序是:工业区>商业区>办公居住区。十堰市VOCs的日变化情况与工业区内工厂生产作业情况密切相关,通过对苯系物相关性的研究,得知涂料喷涂行业是十堰大气中苯及VOCs的重要来源。
Through investigation, the scale of Shiyan automobile coating industry, the usage of VOCs raw materials and it's pollution control status were preliminary found out. Based on this, the VOCs background value and present pollution situation of Shiyan through winter and spring were monitored. Results showed that the VOCs were detected in each points of Shiyan, but the concentration of VOCs varied from season to season, the total VOCs concentration in January was 2 113.29 μg/m^3, in May was 1 816.70 μg/m^3. The order of VOCs mass concentration of each sampling points were: industrial area〉business zone〉workspace and residential. The daily variation of Shiyan VOCs were closely related to the production of factories in the industrial area. The research result of the correlation of benzene showed that the coating industry was an important source of benzene and VOCs in Shiyan atmosphere.
