随着移动终端的普及,移动互联网迅猛发展,公共信息传播速度极快,影响范围极广,改变了高校传统的舆论方式,给高校的思想政治教育带来了新的机遇和不小的挑战。文章在新媒体时代高校网络舆情现状分析基础上,提出了建立完善的网络舆情预判与引导机制,切实提高高校网络舆情引导能力的措施建议。
