摘要 轨检车是利用先进的传感器技术和现代信号处理技术高效、可靠地完成轨道几何参数的动态检测,并形成有效的超限报告、轨道质量指数报告等有指导意义的报表,为保养和维护线路提供了极有价值的指导意义,是铁路工务部门必不可少的工具。其中激光摄像测量技术是其关键技术,而能够高效、准确、可靠的测量轨形又是重中之重。文章提出并验证了一种轨形轮廓识别的方法,它从统计角度分析轨形,从而得出轨形特征,有效的抗阳光干扰,经过验证,是一种可行的方法。 Track inspection car is the use of advanced sensor technology and modern signal processing technique is efifcient, reliable to ifnish the track geometry parameters of dynamic test, and forms the effective transifnite report and track quality index has a guiding signiifcance to the report, such as for maintenance and maintenance line provides invaluable guidance, are the tools of railway works departments. Laser camera measurement technology is the key technology, and efifcient, accurate and reliable measurement of rail is a top priority. This paper put forward and veriifed the identiifcation method, a kind of rail outline track it from the Angle of statistical analysis, which have derailed shape characteristics, sunshine interference effectively, after veriifcation, it is a feasible method.
