娄底市农业产业转型发展探讨

On the Transformational Development of Agricultural Industry in Loudi City

针对目前娄底农业产业总量小、名品精品少、竞争力不强、资金缺乏和区域发展不平衡等问题,结合娄底的产业梯度和区位优势,应按照"建设大基地、培育大龙头、打造大品牌、形成大产业"的农业产业发展思路,从提高支柱产业的产业化水平、实施品牌战略、发挥龙头企业的带动作用与辐射作用、发展休闲农业、完善市场体系建设、加强职业农民培训等方面解决农业产业转型发展问题,还应从政策支持、优化结构、拓宽资金渠道、基础设施建设、加强领导等方面入手建立保障体系。

Problems in Loudi agricultural industry include small total amount, few top brand, weak competitiveness, lack of funds and imbalanced regional development. In accordance with Loudi industrial gradient and location advantages, we should stick to the following principles when developing agricultural industry： constructing big base, cultivating leading enterprises, building big brands, and forming large industries. To solve these problems, it is required to develop the industrialization level of pillar industries, implement brand strategy, play the leading role and radiation effect of the leading enterprises, develop leisure agriculture, improve market system construction, and strengthen vocational training of peasants. Besides, a security system should be established through policy support, optimizing the structure, broadening the channels of funding and infrastructure construction, and strengthening leadership.
