摘要 将双凸极电磁液冷缓速器与永磁发电机功能结合,提出了一种双凸极自励式缓速器结构,建立有限元模型,数值模拟了缓速器的发电特性和制动特性。设计和制作了1600N·m的双凸极自励式缓速器样机,并进行了台架试验,验证了永磁发电机的空载及负载特性和双凸极自励式缓速器的转速特性和持续制动特性。 Combining the functions of doubly salient liquid-cooled eddy current retarder and permanent magnet generator, a structure of doubly salient self-excited retarder is proposed in this paper. Established the finite element model, numerical simulation of the power generation characteristics and braking characteristics of retarder. Designed and produced a doubly salient self-excited retarder prototype with a braking torque of 1600N·m, and for the bench test. Verified the permanent magnet generator performance and braking performance of retarder.
