摘要
激光光幕的选取,对于非接触式激光破片测速仪器有着至关重要的影响。它直接影响着激光测速仪的测试靶面的大小范围与测试数据的精确性。利用ZEMAX软件对基于菲涅尔透镜的矩形光幕和鲍威尔棱镜的扇形光幕进行仿真研究分析,并利用CMOS成像法测试两种光幕在不同距离的光强分布的均匀性。
The selection of laser light curtain is of great importance to non-contact laser fragment velocity measuring instrument. It directly affects the laser velocimeter test on the surface of the target size range and accuracy of test data. The simulation research is about laser light curtain of Fresnel lens and Powell Lens by using ZEMAX software, and testing the light intensity uniformity by COMS imaging method.
