玻璃负载TiO_2光催化还原水中Cr(Ⅵ)的研究 被引量:1

摘要 以四异丙氧基钛为钛源,乙醇为溶剂,乙酰丙酮为水解抑制剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备TiO2,使用浸渍-提拉法得到玻璃负载TiO2薄膜光催化剂。将制备出的玻璃负载TiO2薄膜用于光催化还原水体中的Cr(Ⅵ)。研究了溶液pH、Cr(Ⅵ)初始浓度、负载TiO2薄膜的玻璃片投加量、光照时间等因素对光催化还原水体中的Cr(Ⅵ)还原率的影响,对负载TiO2薄膜玻璃片的重复利用次数也做了研究。通过研究发现Cr(Ⅵ)溶液的pH是影响其光催化还原率的一个重要因素。Cr(Ⅵ)初始浓度、负载TiO2薄膜的玻璃片投加量以及光照时间也对光催化还原率有影响。 Isopropyl titanium, ethanol and acetyl acetone was used as titanium source, solvent and hydrolysis inhibitor, respectively to prepare TiO2 through a sol-gel method. The TiO2 films on glass substrate were obtained by dip-coating method. Photocatalytic reduction of Cr(VI) in water was carried out over the as-prepared TiO2 film on glass substrate. The effects of solution pH, Cr(VI) initial concentration, amount of TiO2 thin films used and illumination time on the photocatalytic reduction rate were investigated elaborately. As well as recycle times of the TiO2 film. It was found that the pH of Cr(VI) solution is an important factor which affecting the photocatalytic reduction rate. Initial concentration of Cr(VI), amount of TiO2 thin films used, illumination time also effected on photocatalytic reduction rate.
