新问题意识下的“新丝路”——“丝绸之路经济带”与文化转型研究

“A New Silk Road”Under the New Consciousness of Question:“Silk Road Economic Belt”and the Cultural Transformation in China

道路与互惠的概念必将成为理解"新丝绸之路"的人类学贡献。文化之间的一种互惠关系在制约着文化自觉的程度。应该在拆和建的两种意识形态之下去重新思考中国发展的道路及其在丝绸之路经济带上的新发展。这必然触及到一个当下世界文化转型的重大问题,对这个问题的深度思考将直接影响到中国"走出去"战略的实施与完善。

An anthropological contribution to understanding of ＂a new silk road＂ will be reflected on the concepts of the road and reciprocity. A reciprocal relationship between cultures is conditioning of the degree of cultural self-awareness. Two kinds of ideology, one is of destruction and the other is of construction, are drawn by which a new developmental road in China and the ＂Silk Road Economic Belt＂ would be rethought. This will touch a big issue about cultural transformation in contemporary China and the world. Thinking about this question in depth will affect the practice and improvement of the Go Out policy in China.
