Costumes of Guizhou's Miao People: Pictures and Traditional Chinese Culture

服饰图案是许多古老民族标志性符号之一,是这个民族文化精神中的图腾崇拜、思辨模式等文化根基的标识。在中华民族一万来年的文化流程中,创造了无比辉煌的悟性文化和标识自己民族文化根基的图案,如五行图、太极图等。然而在秦汉以后的文化变革里,这些民族文化的根符号逐渐消失殆尽。奇怪的是,在贵州的苗族的文化体系中,却很好的保存了中华民族最古老的文化符号,几千年来自然地传承着民族的文化基因,至今仍然烟云未散。通过对贵州苗族服饰图案的文化解析,可以洞见苗族文化体系与中华古老文化的文化亲情和血脉。

Costume pictures are one of the logos of many ancient peoples as well as a token of culture tbr totem worship and thinking models. In the Chinese cultural process of over 10,000 years splendid cultural and ethnic logos have been created, such as pictures of Five Planets and Taiji. Nevertheless, many of these cultural symbols have disappeared since Qin and Han Dynasty. Fortunately, the most ancient Chinese cultural symbols have been well preserved and inherited in the cultural systems of Guizhou＇ s Miao people. This paper intends to make a cultural interpretation of the costume pictures of Guizhou＇ s Miao people in order to expound the kinship and blood ties in the Miao people＇ s cultural systems and ancient traditional Chinese culture.
