黄光对面部脂溢性皮炎患者皮肤生理指标的影响

Influence of yellow light on skin physical signs in facial seborrheic dermatitis patients

目的探讨黄光对面部脂溢性皮炎患者皮肤生理的影响。方法选取脂溢性皮炎患者72例,按照治疗方法不同分成观察组和对照组,各36例,观察组采用黄光治疗,对照组采用他克莫司软膏治疗,观察两组临床疗效、治疗前后皮肤油脂、水分和弹性变化。结果观察组治疗总有效率88.9%明显高于对照组61.1%(P<0.05);两组治疗后皮肤油脂、皮肤弹性均有显著改善,观察组变化水平明显优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),水分指标保持稳定,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组均无严重不良反应。结论黄光能有效地治疗脂溢性皮炎,控制面部皮肤油脂,促进皮肤弹性的恢复。

Objective To investigate influence of yellow light on skin physical signs in facial seborrheic dermatitis patients. Methods A total of 72 seborrheic dermatitis patients were divided by different treatment methods into observation group and control group, with 36 cases in each group. The observation group received yellow light for treatment, and the control group received tacrolimus ointment for treatment. Clinical effect, and changes of skin sebum, moisture and elasticity were observed before and after treatment in the two groups. Results The observation group had much higher total effective rate as 88.9% than 61.1% of the control group （P〈0.05）. Both groups had obvious improvements in skin sebum and elasticity after treatment. Improvements in the observation group were much better than those in the control group, and their differences all had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Index of moisture was stable, and the difference had no statistical significance （P〉0.05）. No severe adverse reactions were found in the two groups. Conclusion Yellow light can effective treat seborrheic dermatitis, while controlling facial skin sebum and accelerating recovery of skin elasticity.
