摘要
在pH=9.90的B-R缓冲溶液中,棉子糖能显著降低FeCl3的共振瑞利散射光强度,基于此建立了一种测定棉子糖含量的新方法。在优化实验条件下,FeCl3的共振瑞利散射光谱强度的减少值与棉子糖浓度呈良好的线性关系,线性范围为0.75~3.0μg/mL,相关系数(R=0.9975)。该方法可用于保健食品中棉子糖含量的测定。
Raffinose could reduce the resonance Rayleigh scattering intensity of FeCl3 in Britton-Robinson buffer solution at pH = 9.90. Therefore we established a method for the determination of raffinose. There is a good linear relationing between the decreasing intensity and the raffinose concentration in the range of 0.75-3. 0 μg/mL. The method was applied for the determination of raffinose in health food with satisfactory results.
