云南罗望子种质资源植物学性状比较研究 被引量:6

摘要 对16份罗望子种质资源进行了植物学性状比较研究,结果表明:不同地理来源的罗望子在植株、叶片、花、果实、种子等植物学形态特征上均存在不同程度的差异性。主成分分析表明:冠幅、冠型、树势、复叶主轴粗度、小叶长、花序长度、花序宽度、花冠直径、萼片长宽比、萼筒宽度、萼筒深度、果肉厚、果实曲线长度、纤维数、纤维重为罗望子的种质资源植物学多样性的主要指标,通过筛选初步将叶长、叶宽、花序长度、花序宽度、花冠直径、单果重、果实直线长度、果实曲线长度、果肉厚度、纤维数、果肉剥离难易程度、种子数量这几个性状作为罗望子种质资源植物学描述评价的代表性状,便于罗望子种质资源的描述和评价;通过聚类分析,16份材料分为6大类群,为罗望子种质种质资源的遗传多样性分析、植物学性状描述规范的制定和新品种的选育奠定基础。 The botanical characters of 16 accessions tamarind germplasm resources were studied. The results showed that there were different in leaves, flowers, fruits and seeds of germplasm resources from different geographical regions. Principal components data analysis revealed that crown width, crown type, tree vigor, compound leaflet thickness, leaf length, flower cluster length, flower cluster width, corolla diameter, sepal aspect ratio, calyx tube width, calyx tube depth, flesh thickness, fruit curve length, fiber number and fiber weight were the main characters of botanical diversity. In order to describe and evaluate tamarind germplasm resources more better, leaf length, leaf width, flower cluster length, flower cluster width, corolla diameter, fruit weight, fruit straight length, fruit curve length, flesh thickness, fiber numbers, flesh adherence and seed number were representative for tamarind botanical character evaluation with preliminary screening. Based on cluster analysis, 16 accessions of tamarind were clustered into 6 groups. All these were a foundation work for genetic diversity analyzing, botanical descriptors formulating and breeding of tamarin germplasm resources.
