Design and Implementation of Cross Direction Basis Weight Control System Based on Slice Fine Tuning

摘要 为了提高造纸生产过程中纸张横向定量分布的均匀性,设计了一种通过改变流浆箱唇板开度实现纸张横向定量调节的控制系统,由定量检测部分、控制部分和执行机构三部分组成。控制部分通过与检测部分之间进行数据交换获取横向定量数据,利用模糊控制策略得到控制输出,并输出至执行机构对唇板开度进行微调,从而实现横向定量的调节。系统可实现手动远程调节、自动调节两种方式,能有效改善横向定量分布均匀性。 In order to improve the distribution uniformity of cross direction basis weight of the paper sheet in the paper production process, a control system was designed. It could adjust the cross direction basis weight by changing the opening of headbox slice lip. It included three parts of detection section, control section and actuator section. "Ihe control section got cross direction basis weight data by data exchanging with the detection section, Then the fuzzy control method was used to obtain the control output which was sent to the actuator to tune the slice lip so as to realize the adjustment of cross direction basis weight. The system could work in two modes of manual remote control and auto control. Application tests shown that the system could effectively improve the distribution uniformity of cross direction basis weight.
