摘要
采用西门子S7-300 PLC对造纸行业热电系统中的汽轮机DCS系统中SOE功能进行软硬件设计,提出了采用S7-300 CPU替代S7-400 CPU为控制器实现SOE功能的一种新方案。此方案在软件方面运用系统消息块SFC17创建消息,实现STEP7与Win CC按时间排序的消息,进而实现汽轮机事件顺序记录(SOE)功能。经过现场实施和测试,验证了此方案比原有方案更具有经济性。
The design of hardware and software for SOE in the DCS system of the steam turbine in the thermo-electric system of the paper-making industry is based on the Siemens S7-300 PLC in this paper. A new method is put forward which $7-300 CPU is used as the controller to replace S7-400 CPU. On software, the system message block SFC17 is used to create news, arrange the messages for STEP7 and WinCC according to the time realize the function to record sequence of events (SOE) for the steam turbine. After a run and test it is proved that the new method is more economical than the original one.
