摘要
在提出对目前复卷机传动控制系统存在的各种问题的基础上,结合控制系统设计方法及调试经验,设计了以工业以太网Ethernet/IP通讯协议进行数据交换和处理,PLC为控制单元、操作屏为人机界面、PF753变频器为传动单元的复卷传动控制系统。对控制系统中传动点硬件组态和固件更新,以及程序中负荷分配计算、惯量补偿计算和压纸辊自动压力调节等关键部分进行了重点设计。
Proposed by the present rewinding machine drive control system on the basis of all kinds of problems, combined with years of accumulated in the control system design method and debugging experience, designed to EthernevqP communication protocol for data exchange and processing, PLC as the control unit, screen for the man-machine interface operation, PF753 frequency converter to drive the rewinding unit drive control system. Key transmission point in design control system hardware configuration and firmware updates, and the application of load distribution, annealing coil diameter calculation, moment of inertia compensation calculation and the design of pressure roller automatic pressure key part.
