摘要
对西部高校2004~2010年专任教师总数、职称、学历等指标的统计发现,西部高校专任教师队伍建设取得了一定的成绩,专任教师资源总量更加丰富,教师队伍整体素质得到较大改善,教师资源使用效率得到提高,西部省份之间的差距有一定程度缩小。但西部高校与全国其他省份还存在一定的差距,西部省份之间也存在不平衡。为了促进西部高校教师队伍建设,西部高校要利用好现有政策机遇,加强师资队伍规划,引育结合。同时,政府要出台差异化指导政策,提高扶持政策的针对性。
Through the statistics result of total, professional titles, and educational background of full- time teachers in western universities from 2004-2010, this paper found that the construction of full-time teachers team in western universities has made some achievements, such as a bigger total number of teach- er resources, great improvement in teachers' overall quality, increasingly efficient use in teacher resources and the gap among western provinces narrowed. However, there still exist certain gaps between western universities and other provinces of China. There are also some imbalances among western provinces. In or- der to promote the construction of teachers team in western universities, the universities need to make good use of the existing policy opportunities, strengthen the planning of teaching staff and combine intro- duction with cultivation. Furthermore, the government should implement differentiated policies so as to make supporting polices more targeted.
