摘要
针对整车开发设计初期的某款SUV设计车,建立了三维发动机舱流场数值模型和一维冷却系统数值模型。通过三维仿真模型计算可获得机舱内流场速度分布和流动方向、前端格栅进风利用效率及各换热器间密封情况,同时格栅位置的压力系数和散热器表面速度分布可作为一维仿真的边界条件,通过对一维模型的求解,可获得发动机的出水温度,确定冷却系统匹配的合理性,为样机制造前整车设计及冷却系统匹配仿真提供了一种有效方法。
The paper set up a 3D flow field model and a ! D cooling system model based on initial stage of SUV development. It obtained some information about flow field by 3D simulation such as velocity distribution, flow direction, air utilized coefficient, sealed condition among heat exchangers. At the same time, the frontal pressure coefficient and velocity distribution of the radiator acted as the boundary conditions of 1D model. By solving ID model, it also obtained the engine outlet temperature, and indentified the matching rationality of cooling system, and which could provide an efficient method for vehicle design and cooling system matching.
