提供一种用于拖拉机变速箱双轴总成的合装装置及合装方法,当双轴总成在动力换挡变速箱壳体内实施放置性装配时,可使得双轴总成相互间的啮合齿轮处于正常啮合状态,避免齿轮啮合面产生磕碰硬伤,还可保证双轴总成在一起下落时对位准确,避免轴端密封环受到割刮损伤。该装置结构新颖,方法简单,且快捷安全可靠,省时省力高效,并易于实施,已推广应用,并收到良好的效果,且已申报了国家发明专利。

When a two-axle assembly is put into powershift gearbox for assembling,the assembly device can keep engaging gear in two-axle assembly in normal condition, avoid the damage in gear mating side, ensure accurate alignment when two-axle assembly is together failed down,and avoid the damage of sealing ring at the shaft end at the same time. The device has the advantages of novel structure,simple method,safety and reliablity, saving time and high efficiency, and having been applied wildly and received good results and declared a national invention patent.
