摘要
叶片最终成形一直是航空发动机制造中的瓶颈技术,叶片自动化抛光技术研究可以解决国内叶片主要依靠手工抛光所带来的一系列问题。本文对砂轮磨削、砂带磨削的工艺特点进行了介绍,并结合国内外抛光技术现状,针对叶片抛光的技术难点,总结出了叶片抛光技术的发展趋势,给叶片抛光技术从业人员指出了一个研究方向。
Blade ifnal shaping is the bottleneck technology in aircraft engine manufacturing, the research on automatic polishing technology of blade can solve the problems caused by manual polishing. In this paper, the process characteristics of grinding wheel and abrasive belt grinding are introduced. Combined with the current situa-tion of polishing technology at home and abroad, accord-ing to the technical dififculties of blade polishing, the trend of blade polishing technology is summed up, a research direction to practitioners of blade polishing technology is put forward.
