摘要 目的建立同时测定平消片中7种成分(柚皮苷、橙皮苷、士的宁、马钱子碱、仙鹤草酚B、汉黄芩素和原儿茶酸)的超高效液相色谱串联四级杆飞行时间质谱联用(UPLC-Q-TOF-MS)的检测方法。方法采用Waters Acquity BEH C18(100mm×2.1 mm,1.7μm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-甲酸-水体系梯度洗脱,体积流量0.45 m L/min,质谱负离子模式扫描,进样量2.0μL。结果 7种成分在一定范围内均呈现良好线性关系,r均大于0.999 6;精密度、重复性和稳定性良好;加样回收率在99%~101%。结论所建立的方法简便、准确、快速,重复性好,可用于平消片中柚皮苷、橙皮苷、士的宁、马钱子碱、仙鹤草酚B、汉黄芩素和原儿茶酸7种有效成分的定量测定。 Objective To develop an UPLC-Q-TOF-MS method for the determination of seven components(naringin, hesperidin, strychnine, brucine, agrimol B, wogonin, and protocatechuic acid) in Pingxiao Tablets. Methods The analysis was performed on a Waters Acquity BEH C18 column(100 mm × 2.1 mm, 1.7 μm) with the mixture of acetonitrile-water-formic acid as mobile phase, and the flow rate was 0.45 m L/min; MS scanning mode: negativion; Sample volume: 2.0 μL. Results The linear relationship between the concentration and peak areas of the seven compounds were all linear(r〉0.999 6). The average recoveries(n = 6) were between 99%—101%. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate, and reliable to determine the seven contents in Pingxiao Tablets for the quality control.
