摘要
走新型工业化道路是我国在资源约束下的必然选择。科学把握我国新型工业化发展水平并对其进行客观评价,将有助于制定正确的发展政策。结合我国工业发展实际,从工业化基础、技术创新和信息融合、经济效益、节能减排和以人为本五个方面建立综合指标体系,并利用因子分析和对应分析相结合,对我国31个省市工业化发展实际进行的研究结果表明,我国新型工业化呈现出经济指标和空间非均衡发展态势,构建的指标体系能够较好地反映客观现实。
The new-type industrialization road is the inevitable choice for China with the constraint of resource. It is helpful for making correct development policy to grasp and evaluate the level and orientation of new-type industrialization. We construct an index system concluding the based level of industrialization, technology and information fusion, economical benefit and energy saving and emission, and measure the new-type industrialization level of 31 regions of China by the methods of factor analysis and correspondence analysis. The result shows that the index system can interrupt the objective reality well.
