摘要
在神木至渭北的管道输煤项目中,针对原料煤煤质特点及终端用户要求,试验确定了合适的煤浆粒度及浓度,并确定了"一段破碎+湿法棒磨+安全检查筛分"的直流式制浆工艺流程;为保证湿法棒磨的入料粒度要求,选用可逆锤式细碎机作为一段破碎设备。
In the project of pipeline coal transportation from Shenmu to Weibei,aiming at the special feature of raw coal characteristics and requirement from end users,suitable particle consist and solid content of slurry determined by test,option of direct flow slurry preparation used on analysis, i.e.,the process flowsheet being 1- stage crushing + wet rod milling + check screening; for insurance of the size of feed to wet rod mill,reversible hammer mill used as the 1st crushing equipment.
