摘要 奶牛乳腺的血流量与原料乳的产量和营养成分密切相关,所以对乳腺血流量的准确测定是牛奶养分合成、前体物吸收率等后续研究的基础。本文综述了奶牛乳腺的血管构造和血流量的主要测定技术及应用,以为奶牛泌乳及其相关的研究提供一些参考。 The mammary blood flow of dairy cow is very closely related to the milk yield and its nutritional components. Therefore, the correctness and accuracy of the mammary blood flow measurement is the basis for the subsequent studies on milk synthesis and precursor uptake. The purpose of the present paper was to summa-rize the vessels structure of the mammary gland and the main measurement methods for the blood flow, and al-so to provide some references for studies on the lactation and related researches in dairy cows.
