高速动车组车轮车轴疲劳试验方法标准分析

摘要 在调研国际铁路联盟、欧盟、北美铁道协会和我国铁路轮对试验相关标准或技术条件的基础上,对比分析欧洲标准和我国铁路技术条件中有关高速动车组车轮和车轴的疲劳试验方法,分析动车车轮和车轴、拖车车轮和车轴的受力状态和标准合理性。针对欧洲标准和我国铁路技术条件存在的问题,提出对高速动车组轮对高频疲劳试验应开展工作的建议。 By investigating and studying the relevant standards or technical conditions of the International Union of Railways ( UIC ) , the European Union ( EU ) , the Association of American Railroads ( AAR ) and China regarding railway wheelset test, comparing and analyzing the European standards and Chinese railway-related technical conditions regarding fatigue test methods for high speed EMU wheels and wheelsets, the paper analyzes the stress state and the standard rationality of EMU wheets & wheelsets as well as trailer wheels & wheelsets. With a view to the problems existing in the European standards and Chinese railway-related technical conditions, the paper puts forward suggestions for the work to be conducted when taking a high-frequency fatigue test on high speed EMU wheelsets.
