摘要 目的:评价Beyond冷光美白技术治疗不同类别变色牙齿的临床疗效。方法:应用Beyond二代冷光美白仪及冷光美白套装治疗45例变色牙,包括遗传性黄牙、增龄性变色牙(两者统称生理性变色牙)、轻中度氟斑牙及四环素牙。术前半小时服用止疼剂;术前、术后分别使用VITA16色比色板比色,拍照记录美白效果,并观察记录术中、术后24h及1周患者牙齿的敏感情况。结果:Beyond冷光美白的总有效率为93.33%,其中生理性变色牙效果最好,四环素牙效果最差;各类变色牙的显效率差异无统计学意义。术中仅1例患者出现牙齿敏感症状;术后24h内有16例患者出现不同程度的牙齿敏感症状,均于术后24h至1周内自行缓解消失,未见牙髓炎症发生。结论:Beyond冷光美白技术能有效地治疗不同类型的轻中度变色牙。术前口服止痛剂有助于降低术中牙齿敏感的发生率。 Objective:To evaluate the clinical effects of teeth whitening by using Beyond cold-light whitening technique.Methods:45 discolored teeth were bleached with Beyond cold light teeth whitening instrument II and whitening dosage.The tooth discoloration includes innate discolored and age-stained tooth(collectively known as physiological discolored tooth),mild and moderate dental fluorosis,and tetracycline-stained tooth.Analgesic medication was taken 30 minutes before whitening procedure.The tooth color was recorded with Vita shade guide before and after treatment.Photographs were taken for therapeutic effect.The sensitivity of the teeth was recorded intra operative,24 hours after and one week after operation.Results:The total effective rate was 93.33%,with the best results on physiological discolored teeth and the worst in tetracycline teeth.There was no significant difference in the efficiency between all kinds of discolored teeth.One patient felt sensitivity during treatment; 16 patients showed tooth sensitivity to a certain extent within 24 hours after operation but the symptom relieved after 24 hours to a week.No pulp inflammation was reported.Conclusion:Beyond cold light whitening technique shows an effective method on various light and moderate discolored teeth.The use of analgesic medication decreases the incidence of intraoperative sensitivity.
