某军管区车辆信息化管理探讨

Discussion on the Information Management of Military District Vehicle

随着2012年5月份新式军车牌照的正式启用,国家加大了对军用等特殊车辆的管控。特殊车辆管控有多种方式,既要便于管理、符合安全要求,又要人性化、流程顺畅,因此需结合新技术手段来合理设计。作为车辆信息化管理的一个参考案例,本文通过介绍某军管区车辆信息化管理方案,来探讨对出入某一特定区域的车辆,是如何通过技术手段实现安全、快速通行以及电脑派车等信息化管理要求的。

With the official opening of the new military vehicle license in2012 May,the state has increased the control of military and other special veliicles.Special vehicle control has a variety of ways,it need convenient management,meet the safety requirements,but also human,smooth flow.Therefore,it is necessary to combine with the new technology to realize the reasonable design.As a reference case for the vehicle information management,the article introduces the vehicle accessing specific area how to use technical means to achieve safe,fast access and computer—aided dispatching and so on.
