Analysis of Institution and Policy of Connotative Development in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校内涵建设与发展涉及到诸多问题,其中最主要的是制度与政策问题。在对内涵发展的管理机制、资源整合配置、教师队伍建设、人才培养质量、校企合作与工学结合、评价与监督等制度的解析,以及新形势下内涵式发展制度缺失性分析的基础上,探索内涵式发展政策及其执行效度问题,提出高职院校内涵式发展的政策建议。

Connotation construction and development of higher vocational college involves many problems, among which institution and policy problems are the most important ones. The paper explores policy of connotative development and validity problems of carrying out the policy and puts forward policy suggestions of connotative development in higher vocational colleges based on the analysis of management mechanism, resources integration and allocation, construction of teaching staff, talents training quality, school-enterprise cooperation and work-study combination, institutions of evaluation and supervising, as well as the analysis of in？stitution’s deficiency of connotative development under the new situation.
