高职工程造价专业人才培养现状分析及对策研究

Current Situation Analysis and Countermeasure Research of Engineering Cost Talents Training in Higher Vocational Colleges

随着我国加大对基础设施建设的投资,建设工程领域对工程造价人才的需求量越来越大,标准也越来越高。高职院校工程造价专业在得到快速发展同时,好普遍存在师资、设备等办学设施不足,人才培养方案不完善,人才培养模式不合理等问题。通过研究工程造价专业现状,分析行业企业对工程造价人才的需求提出适应工程造价专业发展要求,及改革人才培养模式的对策分析。

Along with increasing investment of infrastructure construction in China, engineering cost talents in the field of construc？tion engineering correspondingly are in a greater demand and their standard is higher and higher. Engineering cost specialty in high？er vocational colleges has got a fast development, but at the same time, problems are commonly existed in insufficient school facili？ties, such as faculty and equipment, imperfection of talents training scheme and unreasonable talents training mode. Through re？search of current situation of engineering cost specialty, and analysis of the demands of engineering cost talents by industries and en？terprises, the paper puts forward the countermeasures of adapting to developing requirements of engineering cost specialty, and the reform of talents training mode.
