Construction of Higher Vocational Practice Teaching System Based on the Training of Occupation Ability——Taking Finance Specialty in Guangdong Industry Technical College as an Example

实践教学是高职教育实现人才培养目标和实施素质教育的重要环节,在培养学生职业能力方面具有独特与显著的功效。通过立足于职业能力的培养,以广东轻工职业技术学院在金融证券专业实践教学的改革和实践为例,构建融实践教学条件、实践教学项目、实践教学保障于一体的实践教学体系,以求能够为高职金融证券专业实践教学的改革与创新发展提供借鉴。

Practice teaching is an important part of higher vocational education to realize the target of talents training and the imple？mentation of quality education. It has unique and significant effect in the cultivation of students＇ occupation ability. This paper is based on the occupation ability training, and taking the reform and practice of professional practice teaching of finance specialty in Guangdong Industry Technical College as an example, practice teaching system is constructed with the practice teaching conditions, project and guarantee integrated together, hoping to provide a reference for the practice teaching reform and innovation development of higher vocational finance specialty.
