摘要
KOMET是以高职学生为测评对象的一种职业能力测评技术,其测试结果是高职院校改进教学,提升培养质量的重要依据。以高职院校汽车运用技术专业学生为对象,采用KOMET职业能力测评,对学生的名义性能力、功能性能力、过程性能力、整体化的设计能力实施测评,并在对测评结果分析基础上提出相关的对策与建议。
KOMET is a vocational ability evaluation technology, which takes higher vocational students as the objects. The result of evaluation is an important gauge for higher vocational colleges to improve teaching and promote training quality. Taking the stu?dents of automobile application technology specialty in higher vocational college as examples, and adopting KOMET vocational ability evaluation, students’nominal ability, functional ability, processing ability and integrated design ability are evaluated. Based on the analysis of the evaluating results, relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
